Fabric & Notions Giveaway

It's giveaway time!

To mark my 2nd year of blogging (in June) and reaching over 200 followers on the blog, I'm having a giveaway to say thanks.

This blog means a lot to me. It's more than just a way to connect with people who share my interests, it's my own, personal, fabric-bedecked oasis from everyday life. It makes me happy that anyone is interested in hearing my thoughts and seeing what I've been making. I truly love reading your comments and very much appreciate all of you who take the time to read and comment.

Anyway, here's what's in the giveaway:

  1.  1.5 metres of floral printed cotton. It's a light weight/loose weave in 58" width and perfect for summer
  2. 3 metres of vintage lace trim
  3. A sweet lace collar, perfect for adding to a plain top or dress (or a patterned one - you can do what you like with it!)
  4. A pack of self-cover buttons
  5. A bundle of 1.5" grosgrain ribbon
You need to be a follower to enter the giveaway - just leave a comment below to say what you would use any of the giveaway items for.

I will keep the giveaway open until 5pm GMT on Tuesday 10th July. Entries are welcome from anywhere, I will post worldwide. The winner will be selected at random - Please make sure your blogger profile includes your email address, or it is included in your comment, otherwise you'll miss out!

Good luck!

  29. Happy anniversing! This is such lovely stuff--the lace collar in particular would be perfect on a blouse I've got in the to-cut pile...though I feel a bit silly about trying to win it as I am getting a lovely package from you in the mail already, and so soon!

  30. Congratulations on your milestone! It goes quick, doesn't it?! And thank you for the opportunity to enter the giveaway. I thought I was following already, but clearly not! So I am now officially following via Bloglovin'! I quite fancy some of that vintage trim. Would look lovely on one of the 40s dress patterns I just bought. The lace collar would be a gorgeous addition to one of the Burda tops I just made and the buttons, covered in some pretty red or orange fabric would add a bit of ooobopness to anything I'm sure. Getting greedy now! x

  31. Congratulations and thanks for such a wonderful blog :) I love reading what you are up to! I would probably squeeze a meringue skirt out of the fabric and I'm a big sucker for trims and fabric covered button kits - seriously. So I know they would find a permanent home easily. Thanks for the giveaway!

I would love to use the lace collar on a simple red shift dress I am planning to make, although I'm sure I could manage to find a use for all the lovely items in the giveaway.
