A New Knit - Wave Neckwarmer

I've finished the neckwarmer/cowl I was making, using the wave drop stitch from my knitting class. Unfortunately I missed week 2 of the class due to a horrible headache but am looking forward to this week.

I think the stitch matches really well with the colour graduations of the wool and the open texture makes it cosy but not too warm, so it can be worn through Spring too.

The wool is Rowan Tapestry I bought five balls of in the John Lewis sale, then realised 5 was a weird number and not really enough to make anything with. The neckwarmer only used one ball so perhaps I should make some matching accessories!
