Me Made June - Days 7, 8 & 9

Hello! I've been noticing an increase in readers and followers on the blog, which has been really lovely. It's so nice to get feedback and comments, I really do appreciate it. Also, if you're new to the blog, do hang around, not least because I will be having a giveaway later in the month to celebrate one year of blogging. Details to follow in the next couple of weeks....

Now, onto Me Made June. Nine days in and I haven't run out of outfits, yet, so hooray for that. I'm also getting a feel for where the gaps are in my wardrobe - like most sewists, it's basics. Plain tops and skirts are required, and I'm forming an idea of the perfect skirt I want to make. Now I just need to find the pattern, or take the plunge into pattern drafting.

Day 7 - Hand knitted purple cardigan, dressing warmly for a day working at the museum stores.

Day 8 - Simplicity 2599 floral blouse, as blogged in my previous post

Day 9 - Good old Ikat print Sencha

  1. You know, Everytime I see one of your knitted sweaters, I promise myself I will learn how to knit. Project runway has one pattern similar to the skirt you are looking for .
