Pattern Monday #50 Decimalisation Celebration


Come on everyone! It's 1971! Let's celebrate the decimalisation of the UK currency by knitting our children some heinous jumpers and cutting their fringes using a ruler!! Woo hoo! God Save the Queen and her decimalised currency!!

  3. After numerous fatalities, the ball-girls at the Decimalisation Tennis Tournament were issued less subtle uniforms for better visibility to the players.

  6. I had a blouse just like the one on the right - used to wear it to parties with a long yellow checked pinafore dress!
